Jane Wells-Spittle

Nurse Practitioner and Lead Nurse
BSc Hons., RGN, RM

Jane is available for appointments on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  She can recognise and deal with most common health complaints and can give advice and prescribe if appropriate. 



Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Healthcare Assistants

Provide support to our Practice Nurses and Doctors by performing new patient assessments, blood tests, blood pressure checks, ECGs and wound care. They also support patients with weight management, chronic kidney disease and our learning disability program.
